Biography: Scott Paradise is a native of Green Bay, Wisconsin and received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1992. Mr. Paradise has worked with Canadian Pacific since 1995 and became a licensed PE in 1998. His work at CP has involved varying roles throughout the Midwest US and Canada with accountability in Environmental, Track, Structures, Projects, Track Standards and Track Systems. Mr. Paradise’s current role with CP is Chief Engineer for the East Region which includes accountability for track maintenance and production work as well as execution of structures, projects, and public works matters across CP’s network in Eastern Canada, the Northeast US, and Midwest US.
